Classes at Leabu
We have some exciting class opportunities coming up that we wanted to share with you.
Friday, October 1 and 8th: Cardigan with tank top by Pamela's Patterns: Create your very own two piece set for the upcoming season, whether you dress it down for casual wear or with as much shine as you want for the holidays. The comfortable and well fitting set is a staple in any women's life.
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, October 4, 5 or 6: Monthly Embroidery Club: This hands on club takes you through a project from beginning to end to help you get the most out of your embroidery machine.
Saturday, October 9: Hands-on Digitzing: Make the ost of your software to combine and enhance designs then sew them out in just one hooping. Come and click with the instructor you begin your journey with your software while giving a delightful project to use your new found skills! Then after the digitizing is complete, you will be getting your embroidery machines out and embroidering the design out for yourself. Please note: You must have PE Design Version 8 or Palette to attend this class.
Saturday, October 16: Halloween Applique Wallhanging - Create your own applique for the holiday. Experience for yourself how some of the new items on the market can make your life truly easy when it comes to applique. This fun and whimsical pattern by Dandelion Seed Design will be sure to become a family heirloom.
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, October 18, 19 or 20: A hands on club which takes you through a project from beginning to end to get the most from your sewing machine while learning new techniques.
Thursdays, October 21, 28 and Nov 4: Interlocking windmills is a wonderful class from the beginning quilter to the experienced. This updated pinwheel quilt creates an interlocking style of pinwheel, and uses a unique piecing technique. Use bright colored fabric, holiday prints or pastels to create any look you desire.
